It is an introduction into morning rituals, including awareness practices, tantric meditations, yoga nidra, gentle asana sequences and breath based salutations. SENSORY & POSTURE YOGA ( From the West)

Everyday our senses perceive, process , and filter a mind numbing array of input. These two sensors are called vestibular and proprioception.This yoga helps to increase the sensory feedback to the central nervous system (CNS) therefore improving the stability of the body. It also impacts the vestibular system (balance & movement) and proprioception ( awareness of body position).
